Allison and the kids at Wilderness Park.

For my first blog entry, I will show you what I have been up to lately. And when I say lately, I mean this morning at around 11 a.m. at Wilderness Park.

As small as the kids were, my camera was no match for their legs. I could barely see a shot when they would take off for another tree branch or stick or piece of grass.

Or the ducks. They l-o-v-e-d the ducks. And the geese. So much that they wanted to throw giant chunks of crackers at them.

When we finally got them to sit for more than a few seconds, their smiles left. They were distracted by everything around them and couldn't understand why they were being punished to just stay still.

As the day wore on, the kids smiled, laughed, cried, disobeyed, snuck around, ran around, jumped out of trees, scraped their knees and did everything growing boys ought to do.
